Powermax Signage operates during the following hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00
• Emergency and after-hours services are available by prior arrangement and may incur additional charges.

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Prices quoted are based on specifications provided by the client and may be subject to revision should the scope of work change.

• Orders with a total value of less than R10,000 require 100% payment in advance before production commences.
• Orders exceeding R10,000 require a 70% non-refundable deposit upon acceptance of the quotation and 30% balance upon completion.
• Full outstanding payment must be received prior to collection, delivery, or installation.
• Powermax Signage reserves the right to suspend production or withhold delivery and installation until all outstanding amounts have been settled in full.

• All products, signage, materials, and goods supplied remain the sole property of Powermax Signage until full payment has been received.
• Ownership transfers to the client only after all amounts due have been paid in full.

• Production will only commence once the final artwork proof has been approved by the client in writing, via signature, email, or other approved electronic communication.
• Once artwork approval has been received, any subsequent changes requested by the client may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.

• Clients are responsible for carefully checking all artwork proofs before approval.
• Powermax Signage accepts no responsibility for spelling errors, grammatical errors, numbering mistakes, layout issues, or omissions once artwork has been approved by the client.

• Production lead times commence only after receipt of the required deposit and final artwork approval.
• Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith; however, production schedules may be affected by material availability, supplier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Where print-ready artwork is not supplied, design services will be charged at a rate of R650 per hour.
• Any artwork, design concepts, or creative material produced by Powermax Signage remain its intellectual property until paid for in full.

• Delivery and installation dates are subject to confirmation and site readiness.
• Any delays caused by the client, including lack of site access or incomplete preparations, may result in additional charges.

• All products are custom manufactured to client specifications.
• Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.
• Powermax Signage does not accept returns of custom-made products unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
• Any claims regarding defects must be reported within 7 days of installation or collection.

• The individual accepting this quotation confirms that they are duly authorized to act on behalf of the client or company.
• By signing the quotation, issuing a purchase order, making payment, or providing written approval, the client accepts full responsibility for all amounts owing under this agreement.

• Tax invoices will be issued upon receipt of the required deposit or payment, in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

• Powermax Signage reserves the right to amend specifications where necessary to ensure quality, compliance, or availability of materials.
• Any additional work requested outside the scope of the accepted quotation will be quoted and charged separately.
